Key Takeaways
- On May 1, Heidi Klum attended the King’s Trust 4th Annual Global Gala in New York City.
- She chose a black suit for the occasion, complete with dramatic eyeliner and extra long nails.
We all know Heidi Klum has legs for days, but what about her fingernails? As it turns out, they’re also impressively long. I don’t know if someone has ever called a manicure modelesque, but I’m going to right now. If anyone could make the label work, it would be Heidi.
Heidi Klum’s Extra-Long Nails
On Thursday, May 1, Klum attended The King’s Trust 4th Annual Global Gala in New York City. For the event, she chose to honor the indie sleaze renaissancewith some heavy eye makeup, a touch of glitter, and messy straight blowout.

Her nails, meanwhile, skewed in the opposite direction. There were no haphazardly painted and potentially chipped shorties here, just plenty of shine and even more length.
Super long and stiletto shaped (you could definitely call them talons), the 51-year-old’s fingernails were painted a creamy white color that extended across the whole surface of her nail. There was no French tip to speak of, just a glossy finish the whole way through.

While her fingernails were sharp, the rest of Klum’s look was edgy. The biggest wow factor came from her full-eye encompassing makeup—it was dark, smoky, and blurred to the max. She finished things off with a frosted, light nude pink lip as she smiled for the cameras alongside her daughter, Leni.
Heidi Klum’s Daughter’s Look
Back in March, Klum told Byrdie about her approach to aging and how she learned beauty cues from the women in her family.

“I always watched my mom, and I still do. She’s always creaming her body, creaming her face, taking care of herself. I think you learn by watching the women around you,” she explained.
It’s obvious Leni received the same wisdom.
While Klum wore an oversized satin black blazer and matching pants, her mini me chose a sheer lace maxi dress. (Her nails were the same milky tone, though much shorter and square shaped.)
