Hailey Bieber’s Latest Mani Features a Popular Shade She’s Never Worn Before

Up until today, I was fairly certain that guava pink would continue its reign as it-color all summer long. If the bright shade was big last week, it’s even bigger now—and that’s not just because Summer Friday’s Pink Guava Lip Butter Balm is finally available for purchase.

Still… you can never discount a tried-and-true favorite. It appears butter yellow is beginning its campaign to take back the spotlight—a task that won’t be too hard with Hailey Bieber as its spokesperson.

On Thursday, June 5, Bieber shared an Instagram story showing off a new manicure. In the signature mirror pic, she clutched her gray Rhode Lip Case with glossy, opaque, butter yellow fingernails (a big change-up from the soft chrome looks she’s been loving lately).

The model’s nails were medium-long and filed into a rounded-almond shape—her favorite. Though its hard to tell the exact pigments at work from the distance she snapped the selfie, the color is similar to the “popcorn”-shaded pieces from her (now on sale!) Fila collaboration. Per usual, the 28-year-old’s snap was full of hints at projects to come and nods to brands she loves. Writing “good morning,” she tagged dreamy director/photographer Renell Medrano and her creative studio/brand: Ice Studios.

With various pairs of shoes thrown around her and a clothing rack behind her, she modeled the brand’s Boxer Skirt (think boxers in the front and a longer piece of “skirt” fabric in back) which is set to release this Friday. She paired it with a simple white tank top. It looks like her favorite namesake ribbed tank from Wardrobe.NYC.
